We view every child as a complete human being. Children may be young, but they are not unfinished adults.

In our centre, we nurture every child according to their own personality and strengths. We do not try to mould them into a fixed ideal of what a child should be. Every child has the right to respect and acceptance from everyone in our community.

We believe that each child possesses many talents and great potential. Our role as a Kita is to give them the space and support to recognize and utilise this potential. This allows the child to find fulfillment and inner growth.
